Bread

I’m no domestic goddess, but I baked bread today.

Does it taste as good as it looks—and smells? Tune in tomorrow morning to find out!

It’s not the best I’ve had, but it’s serviceable. I may have taken the loaf on the right out of the oven too soon, but if so, only by a few minutes. The stuff could use a little zing, some whole grains mixed in, perhaps. Nevertheless, I’ll happily eat it as-is!

did you use an bread machine or was this oven baked?

Oven-baked. We have never been shackled to breadmaking technology.
